One Room - Three styles

One thing I love to do is to move the furniture I have in my house from one place to another. At the porch I normally leave water proof furniture because it's  an open space, but sometimes I like to move some chairs that are on the inside to the outside. In order to accommodate more people I add an ottoman and an hammock,  leaving the room more comfortable. Adding some little details we can turn the space cozier .That makes a huge difference.

At night, when the wind is blowing gently, it's nice to have a  blanket close to us in case  we need it. You can also  change the flowers and put  them in a different vases  that will give  another look to the room. And a nice carpet will give you a final touch.During the day, when I have nothing to do,  it's nice to sit down , listen to the birds singing, feel the wind and see my lavenders growing  at the garden, the same lavenders I use to decorate my porch.

Souvenir to be remembered

These little wood boxes were made as a gift to a young couple after inviting me to be their made of honor. I wanted to give them something special , something made by me and to be remembered forever. I showed them some options and they choose for a little wood box with white ribbons and a flower with a pearl at the top. As you can see below the boxes reminds me a provencal style.

I did not know the way  the boxes would be organized but when I came into the room I had a pleasant surprise. The people involved in organizing the party made a good job. They put the boxes at the different antique tables all over the place.
